This site is informational - not a diagnosis or a substitute for care

Content on this website, including pages about conditions, treatments and research, is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice, is not a diagnosis, and is not a substitute for an in-person or video consultation with a qualified psychiatrist. This is not for emergencies

No doctor-patient relationship until confirmed

Browsing this site, or submitting an enquiry or appointment request through it, does not by itself create a doctor-patient relationship. That relationship begins only once an appointment is confirmed and a consultation takes place.

Appointments and fees

• Appointment requests made through the site are requests, not automatic confirmations - the clinic will contact you to confirm the date, time and mode (in-person or online) of your consultation.
• Consultation fees are payable at the clinic according to the fee schedule current at the time of your visit; please confirm fees when booking if this matters to you.
• The clinic may reschedule or decline an appointment at its discretion, for example if a slot becomes unavailable or if the enquiry falls outside the care the clinic provides.

Using this website

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse it - including not attempting to gain unauthorised access to it, not scraping or copying its content at scale, and not submitting false, harmful or abusive information through any form on the site. Information you submit through a form should be accurate to the best of your knowledge.
